Slugging Percentage: Down 0.157

Wow.

But On Base Percentage is up!

Um, not so fast.

OBP is up because managers are gladly allowing Fielder to walk; first because Braun did not do a good job at clean-up, and now because there is no real strength batting 5th.

Do the math.

2008 is not just another slow start for Prince Fielder.

Looks bad.

Is bad.

Just sayin'.
